1. Anybody can sell anything if they price it right. Read some articles on selling condos by yourself.
2. You can put up a FOR SALE BY OWNER sign in front of the house, you can advertise it in your local newspaper, you can advertise it on www.craigslist.com for FLorida. You can go to your local Real Estate Investors Club and offer it there. But always consider the PRICE!!!
