I want to book a villa in Florida, closest to disney and in gated community?

Its essential that resort has restaurants, shops etc.

1. Why not try Disney All Star Resort or the Pop Century Resort? You can find rooms in these resorts as low as 90 bucks!!!
2. If you want a great villa book one at one of the Disney Vacation Club Properties. Disney's BoardWalk Resort is beautiful, has great restaurants, shops and clubs. It also has a gate to EPCOT within walking distance, and is just amazing all around!
3. The Disney villas might be your best bet, as they are on Disney property (so you get to use Disney transportation to get to and from the theme parks), they all have restaurants and shops on-site (and in the theme parks), and are very secure. 6. There are several resorts just outside of disney that have shuttles. They are your best bet.

8. I would def recommend Emerald Island. It is a pretty new development and is about 5 miles from the disney gates if that! Just off highway 192 and is a lovely gated community. The villas are very high class but you can get great deals online. I will now stay at Emerald Island everytime if I can.
9. The closest gated community to Disney is Windsor Hills (about 2 miles from the gates of Disney). Check out www.whrent.com for a listing of owner-direct rentals at Windsor Hills. There is a large clubhouse, waterslide, private movie theatre, athletic facility, etc. on site. Shops and restaurants are right around the corner on Hwy 192. It is close to everything. Definately check it out.
