Anyone know about the Southern Dunes Golf Course villas in Florida?

1. Situated on the I-4 about 15 mins away from Disney Parks. The villas are part of a gated community next to the golf course. There is also a country club which has a big fancy restaurant. The villas themselves are big, with most having a view over the golf course.
