Westgate Villas resort, Florida?

We are planning our family trip to the Westgate Villas in Florida in June. So far I have read a lot of negative comments about the resort but a lot of the reviews I read were old and written in 2004-2006. Could any of your share your experience who visited recently. Thanks.

1. I am a owner at Westgate Town Center. This is the best place to stay. I have never actually been to Westgate Villas but I heard they are all nice.There is so much to do at the resort, we don't even bother with the theme parks anymore. Please go and see for yourself and have a good vacation.
2. Oh goodness...I haven't been there since I was 12 years old...I remember it though...It was nice at the time (but that was 1992!) I know they have updated a lot of things since then...but for positives, it was close to Disney and some other great places, most of the people were friendly and there were things to do on site, our particular condo was huge and nice!...My parents still have a timeshare week there, but we never use it (too far!) but I say just try to make it positive for you, and not worry about what other people have written...you never know, something small could have upset them...plan a great trip and lots of activities and have fun!
3. my family owns a timeshare there and we go very often the property itself is huge and there are many activities, pools, game courts, and sport clubs to participate in its great for all ages bc there are many scheduled activites that are fun for children like tyedye and different arts and crafts as well as making icecream sundays and coton candy, even things for teens like biking and sprts, spas and bars for the adults and manyt hings for everyone in the family like pools, mini golf and a magic show with a bunch of wild animals. the staff is always polite and care alot about how u may take things. sometimes there might be something they cant do like change a room when the are booked but hey things happen and we are only human but even so they always make it up to u the rooms are very spacious and ussually have great veiws of the property lakes or pools. the furniture is beutiful and comfortable. and the property itself is amazing enough to just be able to walk around for hours without even having to do anything. i love going there and it is so close to the parks and interstate 4 we have tried other resorts and hotels but westgate is definetly the best XD
