How old do I have to be to rent a Villa in Florida?

I am about to book a villa, and a lot of places say you have to be over 21. I am not 21 yet, but I will be 21 when i go on my holiday. Should I just book anyway?

1. I would definitely let the villa owner know, and let him/her decide.
2. As long as your 21 when you go I don't see why there would be a problem.
